Dear Artists,

We are delighted to announce our first AHL Forum of 2019 scheduled to take place on April 17, 2019, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at SFA Projects located at 131 Chrystie Street, New York, NY 10002.

This will be an intimate gathering of artists and art professionals to casually share and gain feedback about completed bodies of work or work-in-progress. We expect artists to not only share their work but also to actively give feedback to each other. Keith Schweitzer of SFA Projects and Daniela Kostova of Radiator Gallery will join the group to enrich the conversation.

Currently, we are seeking 4 artists of Korean heritage to present work. If you wish to participate and present your work, please RSVP along with a few artwork samples or a website link at info@ahlfoundation.org no later than March 31st.

Two artists will be selected by lottery, and the other two artists will be selected by the staff.

This is a professional development program open to all active visual artists of Korean heritage in the United States. Once selected, the presenting artists will have about 5 minutes to present their work in a lecture format followed by a brief Q and A session. All presentations must be in English.

Even if you are not presenting, please join us! We hope this will be a successful initiative that can benefit the many emerging and underrepresented artists of Korean heritage. Please feel free to contact us at info@ahlfoundation.org with any other questions.
