About

This grant was established in 2017 with the support of the Andrew and Barbara Choi Family Foundation. Andrew Choi is a South Korean native who came to the United States as a representative of a Korean lighting company in 1968. Andrew started Bulbrite Industries, Inc. in New York City in 1971 with his lovely wife Barbara and engaged in the manufacturing and importing of lighting products from many multinational companies spanning South Korea, Japan, China, and Europe.
